The hit Fox series “Glee” and HBO series “Boardwalk Empire” both scored two of Golden Globe awards on Sunday night.
Jane Lynch won for best actress in a supporting role in a series, miniseries or motion picture made for television while co-star Chris Colfer accepted the award for best performance by an actor in a supporting role in a series, miniseries or motion picture made for television.
“I think I just dropped my heart somewhere between Natalie Portman and Julianne Moore,” a stunned Colfer said in receiving the award for his performance as gay teen Kurt Hummel on “Glee.”
Steve Buscemi thanked “table 114” in his acceptance speech for best performance by an actor in a television series – drama for his role on the freshman HBO show.
“Im only as good as the people I work with, and I have the best cast,” Buscemi said about his series, which also won for best TV series – drama.
